BJSS has announced, at the start of UK National Apprenticeship Week 2021, an ambitious plan to create more apprenticeship opportunities across all its UK locations.

The initiative, which has already supported 24 technical apprentices in addition to over 90 graduates and under-graduates since 2017, has now been extended to include commercial pathways in areas including Consultancy, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Additionally, as well as existing opportunities provided in the North East, North West, South West and London, BJSS will now support apprenticeships across all its UK locations. This expansion will offer fresh opportunities for young people in Scotland, Wales, and the Midlands.

Recruits will be supported via the BJSS Academy which nurtures and develops skills and includes carefully designed learning and content that will equip apprentices to deliver some of the UK’s most high-profile technology and business consulting projects.

Stuart Bullock, managing director says: "We’ve been a supporter of the UK’s National Apprentice programme since our scheme launched in 2017. Most of our apprentices have gone on to obtain their industry certifications and are now working on some of BJSS’ most ambitious client technology projects.”

“Supporting young people is now more important than ever, and despite the current circumstances, we’re committed to providing fresh opportunities across the UK. Getting apprentices into roles where they will develop and thrive is a national priority and is crucial to supporting Britain’s economic recovery.”

“By extending our apprentice programme to cover all our UK regions, we are providing important opportunities for young people right across the country. Also, by broadening the scope to include technical and commercial opportunities, we are providing exciting careers in a rapidly growing business for talented people of all backgrounds.”
