Bellway Homes hosted a ‘Dusty Boots’ day at its Parson’s Croft development in Kirk Ella recently - allowing potential home buyers to look around the development during the build process.
This day offered visitors the chance to see areas of the site that are not normally open to the public and provided an insight into the craftmanship, design, and quality of the homes being built by Bellway Homes.
Melanie Smith, Yorkshire’s sales director, said: “There has been a lot of interest in Parson’s Croft and that has been reflected with the strong sales we have enjoyed since we opened. The Dusty Boots event was a great way for people to see the building process for themselves, and even potentially meet their future neighbours.
Being built within walking distance of Kirk Ella’s historic village centre, Parson’s Croft has been designed to appeal to buyers from all walks and stages of life – from first time buyers through to growing families and on to downsizers –, which is reflected in the wide choice of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes available.
One of the most in-demand homes on the development has been the five-bedroom detached Watchmaker. Providing 1,880 square foot of living space, it’s been designed and built to the exacting high standards expected of a housebuilder that has received a five-star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for an astonishing eighth successive year – a rating awarded only when 90 per cent or more of customers state they would happily recommend a housebuilder to a friend or family member.
