Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first homes at two new developments, which will deliver 190 new-build properties in the region.
The developments have a gross combined development value of £39.7m and are located within close proximity to some of Yorkshire major towns and cities. The new sites include St Paul’s Bank in Pilley and Torneley Quarter in Doncaster.
As well as these developments providing 190 new homes across Yorkshire, Avant Homes has also committed to a combined community contribution of £626,000 towards local education and transport links.
Yorkshire managing director, Chris Coley, said: “We’ve seen continued success throughout our sites in Yorkshire and we’re pleased to maintain our commitment to building high-quality homes in desirable locations, by extending our presence across Barnsley and Doncaster.
“We pride ourselves on daring to be different with our continually evolving product and enhanced specification, setting Avant Homes apart in the new build sector.
“This commitment to excellence, combined with new and exclusive housetypes, and our very latest specification features, means that these two new developments will offer an extremely high-quality collection of design-led homes. The first homes are now on sale at the two developments with both seeing high demand from potential purchasers. We’re very excited to reveal more in the coming months.”
St Paul’s Bank in Pilley will offer a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes whilst at Torneley Quarter in Doncaster there will be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Work began at St Paul’s Bank in Pilley in August 2020 with Torneley Quarter in Doncaster following in December 2020. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in autumn 2021.
Based in Wakefield, Avant Homes Yorkshire is part of the Avant Homes Group, one of the leading private developers of residential property in the UK. The group currently has 60 developments across its five operating regions.
