Ascensor look to add ISO9001 and Customer Service Excellence accreditations
Leeds based digital marketing agency Ascensor is set to add further quality hallmarks to their credentials, with the addition of quality management system ISO9001 and The Cabinet Office Award for Customer Service Excellence.
Ascensor has reached the accreditation stage for these demanding awards, which will add to their recent achievement of ISO27001, a rigorous international standard covering information security management systems.
Providing client confidence

Ascensor is also preparing for the final stages of The Cabinet Office Award for Customer Service Excellence, which companies can only achieve by demonstrating their commitment to understanding customer insight; creating a customer focused culture across the business; providing effective customer communications; responding to customer feedback, and delivering high quality customer service.
