Franks Accountants welcome Andrew Tame as Associate Director.
Based in Wetherby, Franks Accountants have grown steadily, now employing 10 people, with plans to recruit another three by the end of this year and the same again in 2020.
Andrew joins the team from one of the largest independent practices in Yorkshire, previously heading up the accounts and audit department.
Bringing over 13 years multi-sector practice experience from small owner-manager companies through to multi-national audited entities, Andrew’s experience includes financial statements, corporation tax and personal tax. His ethos is a perfect match to compliment the business:
“I’m a firm believer that client relationships should be based on honesty and trust, done with a personal yet professional touch. I’m passionate about good service and adding value through pro-activity with clients.”
Away from the office Andrew is first and foremost a family man, father to a 5-year-old daughter and custodian of a large number of princesses, ponies and unicorns! An avid sport and fitness enthusiast, a Bradford Bulls season ticket holder since 1997, Andrew likes to keep fit attending the gym and has recently caught the running bug.
Owner Adam Franks added ‘We are delighted Andrew is joining the team. He is a perfect fit with our approach to business and our company ethos. We exceeded 200 customers in 2018, and now need to be planning for the next stage of growth. Andrew will be critical to this and our future development as a strong regional firm. We have a unique approach to accountancy focusing on start-up’s to approx. £6-7million in turnover. We know where our specialities lie providing unlimited support, and where we can add value to businesses. I believe focusing on this has been the key to our success.’
