It’s been such a busy month so far, with so much more to come, this is the first chance I’ve had to sit down and let you know what’s going on at TopicUK.
We are excited to be working on our next edition due out in early July as this will be our first edition where we will be Yorkshire wide! We are now able to bring you business news from all over Yorkshire, so please do let us have your updates. This also means that our partners and contributors get their message much further afield, reaching many more valuable contacts.
The new edition will launch on 6th July and we have partnered with Dakota Deluxe Hotel in Leeds to help us celebrate. If you would like to join us, please let me know (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I will add you to the guest list.
I was lucky enough to be invited on a Brewtown Tour trip on Saturday, visiting three micro-breweries and sampling the beer (well someone has to do it!) and you can read all about it in the next edition.
Coming up over the next couple of weeks, we will be walking the green carpet (yes green) at the much anticipated launch of Wicked at the Grand Theatre, attending the CBI Dinner, Wakefield Business Awards where our partner Adeem Younis, Chairman of Penny Appeal is up for not just one, but three awards, then joining Penny Appeal for their Eid Extravaganza at Thornes Park Sports Ground in Wakefield, in conjunction with West Yorkshire Police. This is the second year the event has been staged and if last year was anything to go by, we’re in for a real treat!
Finally, check out our two latest competition, we have family tickets to give away for the Wakefield Theatre Pantomime production of Cinderella in December, always an amazing performance and we’ve also two tickets to see Ray Quinn in Summer Holiday at the Grand Theatre Leeds.
