Wakefield woman wins national photography competition

Jessops, the specialist photography retailer, has announced the winner of its nationwide #JessopsElfie Christmas competition. Sara Haywood from Wakefield, has been chosen as the winner by a panel of staff at the Jessops headquarters. Sara has won a trip for four to Lapland and her winning #JessopElfie photograph will be plastered across a huge billboard on Holland Park roundabout on Friday 22nd December from 4pm!

On her win, Sara says: “I am absolutely delighted to have won this competition and can’t believe that my photo will be visible in such a busy location for drivers and shoppers to view. The trip to Lapland will be a dream come true for my family and it will provide an amazing opportunity to really put my photography skills to the test.”

The Jessops judging panel chose Sara’s photo based on its originality and creative interpretation of the #JessopsElfie spirit.
