We know how powerful good customer service can be, let’s face it it’s often the difference between losing or making a sale. But, is your customer service as good as it should or even could be?
At the September First Friday, Wakefield Bondholders will be putting the spotlight on customer service when it welcomes Michelle Rust, the Regional Director for Shopper Anonymous.
Bringing the mystery shopper experience to life, Michelle will be using examples from Wakefield based businesses who have volunteered to take part by having their customer service reviewed and anonymously shared.
Supporting a multitude of sectors, including professional services, Michelle and her team will focus on different customer journeys and through a range of tools, including team observations and phone enquiries, they will evaluate just how effective customer service styles really are.
With a focus firmly on customer experience and excellence, Dave Owens will also provide a valuable update on BID.
Chaired by Adrian Spawforth, Wakefield Bondholders Chair, the event will also feature an economic update from Wakefield Council. With our expert speakers featuring alongside facilitated networking and a breakfast of hot sandwiches, pastries and fruit, Bondholder first Friday’s continue to be a must attend event for local businesses with ambition and a passion for Wakefield and the surrounding district.
