Switalskis Solicitors a law firm founded in Wakefield with offices across Yorkshire is seeking to expand with the possibility of acquisitions with the support of Yorkshire Bank.
The solicitors which specialises in child care and criminal law now employs over 220 staff with a £10m turnover having experienced a 15-20% income growth over the past three years.
Previous acquisitions have included the firms, Parker Bird Gardner Solicitors, Green Williamson Solicitors and Burridge Bloss in York. These acquisitions have helped Switalskis in diversifying and increasing their number of practice areas, especially important following changes to the legal aid system. They now include conveyancing, clinicial negligence, probate and support for victims of abuse to their expanded portfolio.
