Following the successful launch of one of the fastest growing tech communities in the North, Silicon Yorkshire is now preparing to host its first ever Business Lunch event in Leeds.

Taking place at The Whitehall Restaurant and Bar on Monday 20 February from 12noon to 6pm, guests will enjoy a welcome drink and delicious two-course meal, before two leading UK technology experts take to the stage to share their insights, experiences, and predictions for the year ahead.

Tickets to the event are £35 per person, with bookings limited to groups of 4-10 places.

Chairman of Silicon Yorkshire, Geoff Shepherd, comments: “The launch of Silicon Yorkshire was a resounding success, and so building on that enthusiasm and excitement we want to bring the community together again at the business lunch.

“Not only is this an opportunity to meet with other specialists from a diverse range of tech businesses in person, but also to hear from some leading experts about their journey and predictions for the future.

“This event will really set the scene for 2023 and the exciting plans that we have for Silicon Yorkshire and those within the community.”

Generating 3,000 pre-registrations before launch, Silicon Yorkshire ignites intelligent conversation, connects special interest groups, shares news and nurtures collaborations and partnerships, while also generating opportunities for everyone. Attracting executives and senior executives from technology ecosystems throughout Yorkshire and beyond, the group has ambitions to become the largest and most active tech community in the UK.
