We are looking to recruit a full time Office Junior based at our Leeds office, providing admin support to a busy care department.

Overview, skills and experience

· To provide general administration support to fee earners and secretaries.
· Reception and telephone duties
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good organisational skills
· Flexible approach.

Main Responsibilities
Process and distribute internal mail.
Process photocopying requests.
Putting bundles together for court.
Keeping filing up to date.
Process external mail.
Answer telephone.
Reception duties – dealing with clients on the telephone and in reception
Undertake local deliveries and collections.
Maintain adequate stock levels for stationery/kitchen supplies.
Provide refreshments for clients.
General administration duties
To provide secretarial support to fee earners
