Integrated marketing agency Jaywing, is starting 2024 with positive news, as it can reveal it has officially obtained Great Place To Work certification.

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

The employee driven research, showed that 79% of it’s employees agree that Jaywing is a great place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company. Strengths being that 94% agree that you are made to feel welcome when joining the company and 98% and 97% respectively agreeing that you are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation and race.

The agency is home to over 250 creatives, developers, strategists, data scientists and media specialists comprising of hybrid office workers in Sheffield, Leeds and Sydney as well as fully remote home workers. It’s undertaken an overhaul of its people and culture strategy over the last two years, delivering a people plan which was designed in conjunction with its employees.
