Huddersfield communications consultant wins three new PR briefs

A Huddersfield public relations and communications consultant has secured a hat-trick of new clients after being appointed to deliver strategic PR and communications activity for three businesses.

Alex Mason, of Holmfirth-based alexdmasonPR, has been appointed by Huddersfield accountancy firm Revell Ward to deliver a programme of ongoing communications activity including media relations and content marketing that will help to raise the profile of the company and increase the frequency of its marketing communications.

Brighouse-based marketing agency, Vizulate Digital, has also commissioned the consultant to support its next growth phase through targeted media relations and thought leadership to raise the profile of the agency along the M62 corridor.

In addition, Gloucestershire-based healthcare IT specialist, Intouch with Health, has appointed Alex as an outsourced PR consultant to work alongside its marketing director to deliver targeted communications to key audiences within the NHS and healthcare IT market.

Commenting on the projects, Alex said: “I’m delighted to be working alongside these three companies to help them tell their stories in the right place, at the right time, in order to build the profile of their businesses and showcase the great work they do to existing and potential clients.”

“The personalities across their respective teams, combined with a passion for their work and the drive to further raise the profile of their businesses, means there are some really great stories to be told and campaigns to work on.”

Following a six year career in brand management for the Arcadia Group and after working as a senior PR account manager for a West Yorkshire agency, Alex established himself as a PR and communications consultant in May 2017.

He added: “As I head towards marking my first year in business, securing the opportunity to work with these new clients is a great way to top off what has been a fantastic first 12 months, and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.”
