It's been so busy in the office, I genuinely haven't had the time to sit down and write my blog.

As we continue to grow, we are delighted to announce the signing of four new partners that we will work with over the course of 2021. You can read about these in our forthcoming edition, due to publish at the end of March.

There does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel with the pandemic. The vaccination programme is ahead of schedule and as I write this 16m people have been vaccinated, which is a fantastic achievement by our amazing NHS. So many businesses have suffered over the last 12 months and I do hope that this will be our third and final lockdown and that all the businesses, particularly hospitality can reopen. We just need to air on the side of caution and not open too soon, goodness knows we cannot go through a fourth lockdown!

We have been lucky enough to remain open and to keep printing TopicUK and will continue to do all we can to promote our partners going forward. We have increased our online presence on both our websites and social media and even launched a second publication.

As we head into spring, many will be looking forward to the possibility of a summer holiday. I do hope that we can all do this, but would encourage everyone to remain in the UK and enjoy a staycation in our beautiful country. Our hotels, bars and restaurants are going to need your business if they are to bounce back, why spend our money overseas boosting their economy instead of our own! However, hospitality businesses do need to be sensible, we have heard reports of prices already increasing on coastal hotel bookings, these need to remain sensible so we don't drive holidaymakers abroad. We are so lucky in Yorkshire to have stunning countryside and a beautiful coastline, why would you want to go anywhere else?

Once we return to normal, many businesses are going to need all the help they can to get, to return to profit. TopicUK is here to help those businesses. Our partner rates are affordable and can be bespoke, so do get in touch with us, we can get your business the publicity and new business you need.
