Business for Calderdale have announced they are hosting the Business Awards which will take place on Thursday 13th October 2022 at The Venue, Barksisland celebrating the achievements of businesses in the borough over the last year.
Following a tough couple of years, this is an opportunity to celebrate the resilience and success of businesses in our area. Categories include:

- Manufacturer of the Year

- Entrepreneur of the Year
- Covid Resilience
- Lifetime Achievement
- Business of the Year
Chair of Business for Calderdale, Nick Worsnop explained, “Calderdale is known for it’s resilient, innovative and successful businesses and we want to celebrate those. Everyone has been working so hard and under so much pressure, they have had to pivot and react quickly to changes in the market, be that operating in lockdown or coping with decrease in availability of materials. We felt it important to reintroduce the Business Awards in 2022 to give people and businesses recognition for going above and beyond.”
