Yorkshire Country Properties, one of Yorkshire’s leading residential property developers, has reported a raft of sales and reservations at their three developments in West Yorkshire.
The Huddersfield-based company, which has just won two major honours in the prestigious national WhatHouse? awards and been shortlisted in Yorkshire Residential Real Estate and Yorkshire Business Insider Property awards, is currently on site at Shepley, Skelmanthorpe and Denby Dale.
Altogether 20 homes have been bought at Knowle Grange in Shepley, with two recent reservations; seven sold at Whistle Bell Court at Skelmanthorpe, with two reservations; while there have been nine reservations at YCP’s latest development, The Willows in Denby Dale.

A new report by Savills on the residential property market suggested that, once inflation is curbed and interest rates fall on a permanent basis, price growth of 6.0 per cent is expected by 2026. This trend will gather pace once the global economy picks up and domestic political instability subsides after the next election. Significantly, the report suggests that the north of England will be one of the top performing areas in the UK during the next couple of years.
